Medium-light roasted. This coffee comes from the Veracruz, Mexico. It is a special honey-processed coffee which tends to accentuate sweetness while preserving brightness in the cup. It has a sweet, mild orange, chocolate and sugar cane flavor profile with creamy body. Medium/light roasted unless otherwise requested, however we do not recommend dark roasted for this particular coffee as it loses its sweetness and becomes carbony once beyond a medium roast level.
