Mexico Siltepec Jaguar

Description

Jaguar Siltepec comes from a small group of producers in Siltepec as well as the Frontera regions of Chiapas. Siltepec is a small town located in the southern state of Chiapas. Cloud forest, high altitudes, rich soil and shade canopy coalesce into ideal coffee growing conditions —the same microclimate shared by the noted Huehuetenano region on the other side of the mountain range

This is a high grown coffee, but because of the hot climate the coffee matures quickly, giving it characteristics that are unique and not typical of a high grown coffee bean. This coffee has medium body, is very bright, with a milk-chocolate and mild nutty taste with a clean, sweet finish.
