Guatemala La Flor del Cafe Antigua

From Guatemala’s top coffee growing region, La Flor del Cafe Antigua has a deep, bittersweet chocolate flavor. With a pleasant aroma and full, yet mellow, body make it an invigorating cup that won’t overpower whatever it happens to be served with.

This coffee comes from the Pastores mill located in the heart of Antigua.  While the mill itself is modern, the coffee beans are sun-dried the old fashioned way.  This method tends to yield bittersweet chocolate in coffees that are very high grown.  We roast this coffee a little darker than most of our other selections.
