From La Minita Farms in Costa Rica, we’re happy to announce arrival of new crop Lilo, a black honey prep Tarrazu.  This is a specially prepared coffee that undergoes additional processing designed to accentuate sweetness while maintaining the original vibrancy of the bean.  We have a limited amount so when it’s gone, it’s gone until next year.  Meanwhile we expect to have exciting new monthly “high-end” roasted coffee offerings for the next few months, so if you’re into exceptionally nice coffees, check back frequently.
