Indonesia Blue Dragon

Description

From the island of Flores, the same island that brings us Komodo Dragons, it also brings us an amazing coffee in the form of “Blue Dragon”.   This is an organic and Rainforest Alliance certified Blue Flores coffee (called ‘Blue’ due to its blue appearance before the beans are roasted) is grown primarily by smallholder farmers of the Bajawa (Ngada) and Manggarai ethnic groups living in the volcanic highland area surrounding the central hill towns of Bajawa and Ruteng. The result is a clean tasting, full bodied, sweet coffee high on berry-like and coco notes.
