Takengon Golden Gay0 is now available.  Those of you that have been around awhile know that we typically avoid dark roasting as we believe it diminishes unique cup character of the different varieties of specialty coffee.  This Golden Gayo is an exception as we’ve cupped it over and over to find the sweet spot, which in this case is in the darker area of the spectrum.  Don’t expect it to be oily though, as we haven’t totally lost our heads and roast it just into 2nd crack, but not much more.  Lighter roasts are available, just mention it in the comments section of the shopping cart while checking out.
