Peralta Blend

Description

A combination of Central and South American coffee beans. that are medium/dark  roasted  making for a bright and invigorating cup.  Excellent for pour-over and French press brewing. Peralta Blend also works well as an espresso.  Good body, high on sweetness.  If using as an espresso, an infusion temperature of 205 F works best.
