Mexican coffees are generally underrated. This is because of cheap, poor quality beans that flooded the market some years ago. Times have changed, and so has the quality from the Southern Mexico coffee growing regions. From Chiapas, we have some La Frailesca coming in later this week to help drive the point home. La Frailesca will be a medium roast with big creamy body highlighted by milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and hints of apple. This coffee will stand on its own as a single origin espresso (lots of sweetness) as well as all other brewing types. It will be available to order by Saturday so please check back.
