Flores “Blue Dragon” is back!  This is a clean tasting coffee from the island of Flores, Indonesia.  The coffee beans are processed by the same method as other Sumatran coffees giving them a blue-ish green emerald color before they are roasted.  The island of Flores is home to the Komodo Dragon.  Hence the name “Blue Dragon”.
