Brazil Maristella Sauza is back.  A sweet-nutty tasting coffee from Brazil.  This coffee is one of the specially selected coffees to be part of the Cornucopia Project in which farmers have shown good coffee farming techniques and special care shown to their crops resulting in superb coffees.  Maristella Sauza is a yellow honey process with is a method used to enhance sweetness while maintaining a bright flavor profile.
