We’re working on getting new pre-printed 1lb bags, so expect them to change, hopefully within a couple of weeks.  This has been a project in the works for some time now and we’re excited with the new bag design.

Next, incoming coffees (later this week) include a couple of Africans; a new Kenyan as well as Zambia Gold Peaberry.  Also incoming is a Mexican honey-prep coffee.  We’ve been hard at work sample roasting this unusual coffee to find the sweet spot.  It has some nice chocolatey nuances as a dark roast, but at the same time offers a brown-sugar sweetness at lighter roasts which kind of disappears as the roast approaches full-city (dark).  Not to worry though as we’ll get it thoroughly dialed in before offering it as a single-origin choice.  Check back towards the end of next week and all three of these should be available by then.
