Pronounced “Kah’-oo”, this coffee is grown on what was previously a sugar-cane field on the slope of the Mauna Loa volcano, located on the Big Island.
Comparable to high end Kona coffees, and in some ways we think is better. Clean tasting, mellow yet with a unique vibrancy. We’re very pleased to able to offer this coffee and feel honored that the grower is willing to sell us beans from his farm, which has limited production due to its relatively small size.
Note: We do not roast until you order, ensuring maximum freshness. All our coffees come with labels indicating roast dates.
