The Limoncillo Estate farm was founded in 1932 in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Somehow coffee trees from Java wound up here (years ago), with the end result of this coffee tasting like a marriage of an Indonesian and Central American. Bright tasting with awesome body. For those that like Pressed coffee, this is a great single-origin choice.
