This coffee comes from the Pastores mill located right smack in the middle of Antigua. The coffee beans are processed through washing and are 100% sun dried. This is a classic flavored Antigua that is lively in the cup with full body, notes of fine cocoa-like chocolate along with what can best be desribed as smoky rum.
