Produced by the Bourbon Specialty Coffee mill in Brazil,
Pocos de Caldas is available in small
volumes. It is actually a blend of natural
coffees coming from various producers
in the region that are focused on quality.
All of the coffees that make it into the
blend have been grown in the unique, rich
volcanic soil of Pocos de Caldas.
Body, aroma, and
natural sweetness go into the selected
blend components according to a specific
cupping profile at the Bourbon Specialty
cupping lab. "Bourbon" refers
to a cultivar of coffea arabica (a botanical
