Mild, spicy acidity and chocolaty sweetness. Our Sumatran decaf is very clean tasting compared to the "earthy" taste typically found in Indonesian coffees. This coffee is so delicate that we don't roast it past a "medium" roast. Can be used equally well for all brewing methods. When brewed as espresso, there is almost no acidity, lots of crema and body with a very nice lingering aftertaste.
